the few manufacturing jobs we have are still being OUTSOURCED!!! ex. Franklin, VA paper mill empl. the whole town closed. new 17 M factory in NC opening (foreign company) in small town in NC, with tax payer money huge incentives, employing only 41 people silly silly silly.
