i hate to say this, yeah it looks good and probally is more cleaned up than the first one but this is sorta a let down - couldn't they i don't know continue on from where they left off, or maybe instead of just redoing it all why not just follow the manga for once or is this going to be just like fullmetal alchemist and fullmetal alchemist brotherhood (i do love the show but are they just not creative enough to come up with new things or are they just that ashamed of how they originally did it)

I'm always and still am a big fan of Negima?! I read the manga an watched both types of the anime. cant wait for the new one "Negima?! Ala Alba." If none of you never like both the animes an instead you wanted to follow the plot in the manga, well now they are following it. But keep in mind that Negima?! Ala Alba will be in flashforward, which means that they will skip parts to other points in the story like the whole beginning. Anyone who never read the manga will never understand wat going on

This Negima for those who don't know is based upon a manga called Negima Neo. This isn't season 2 its just an all new series. The difference between this and a negima series based upon the manga by Ken Akamatsu is the ecchi fan service. Mahou Sensei Negima contains a good balance of action, comedy and ecchi fan-servicce. Negima!? contains nice action scenes but is centered around mostly random comedy and slapstick. This is not to say Negima!? is bad. It is in its own way a well exectuted anime.
