Hi , Im an expat working in kuwait . Is it allowed to take photographs and videos in kuwait , or do i have to take Permissioin from somewhere.

yes it's completely allowed to do so, malls, streets, buildings ect.. are fine
but please avoid taking pictures of senstive places ( oil fields, ... ect..) as it's considered not allowed and poeple will think you're spying, and besides i dont think anyone would photograph them anyway LOL
