is russ ballard only for the older crowd, or can a 33 year old, who heard VOICES on the radio one of the (apparently) five times it was played on the radio in the eighties, like russ ballard too?? I really love his songs. I really love "Rock and Roll Lover" and "voices" and "winning" among others. this guy is far underrated

People don't hate Russ Ballard. Lotsa people love him, including me. What they don't like is someone posting the song with some other band miming to Russ's song.

You could either buy the record or get a band to actually play the song. Alternatively, if you really want this Russ Ballard song on YouTube, do what other people have done and make a montage video to go with it. Your synopsis of the song is that its the cover band who are playing, but it isn't.

i have this cd, doofus! my synopsis states that the cover band (not the original artist) butchers the song(as originally done by russ ballard, so the sync is out of whack. here's a thought:don't like my videos, don't watch my videos-pretty simple solution.(by the way, my latest vid,the song is by eagles, not the lady in the vid)

Hey glad to meet ya:) I am a fan of Russ's too. I am older than you but I am not as old as some of the others. My brother is 15 years older than me and is the same age as Russ ( I am a Moody Blue sister lol). I will let you sort that one out. Russ is obviously someone rare who will always be relevant. His latest "Book of Love" is his best yet and as you can see everything else is great too.
