You know what, it was my bad, I figured it out, was my fault thats what u get for lack of sleep, but the only issues i had with siteground was the email for support.. always referred to online docs.. and search for it again and can never find it.. so never get anywhere with them as far as email support goes,.. anyways your video was GREAT, so much easier to understand the USE OF IT,
go ahead delete the other comments.. that was my bad bad

I certainly understand lack of sleep, and I do appreciate your comments. You are right about the reading, and difficulty in getting a live person (will not happen). They respond pretty quickly to canned issues (got to work a little to get a non-canned one in). But then again that is how they keep their costs down. Thanks again for your comments.

Sorry about your problems (note we do not work for Siteground). This tutorial shows you how to use their template service to put open source software up fast - which works great(a super place to start if you do not know anything about open source). Siteground is super cheap, and we have had very little difficulty with it, but then again we write 3000 lines of code a week. If you ever get up to Kentucky stop by NKU and we will show you what we do.

They advertise how easy it is to upload cre loaded templates and running a cre loaded or any shopping cart service, but it is not. I have signed up been a member and had so many problems just trying to upload a simple template which is even featured on yotube "Installation of Cre loaded Templates" not as easy as shown, and email support is always reffered to online docs. very stright answers, NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS SITES. personal website ok, but business not good.
