I happened upon this via Google, and I'm really glad I did. I do journal writing prompts every week, but I'm not a very good writer. I'm much better expressing my feelings through pictures, lyrics, and minimal writing. This is such a good idea. Keep it up!!!

i got the rings at staples, they were labeled "book binding rings" - good luck! :)
