@killerinthehounds You're not a prostitute nation for fuck's sake. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, they all take immigrants. I'm a chinese Canadian originally from HK. Right now we're in dire demand of nurses and chefs. So if you're a nurse or a chef, you're almost automatically guaranteed a PR in Canada. Does that make Canada a prostitute nation? No!!

I wont complain if foreigners are getting our jobs if they are really capable. But at least spare a thought for Singaporean men. Our NS do not secure us anything. We should entitle more opportunities than girls and foreigners. Let them understand the meaning of earning and the notion of no pain no gain.

After NS, everything starts from zero, whereas girls advanced faster than us. Aft 2.5 years of dog treatments, i got myself a retailing job without degree. Sacrificed most of my hard earned $ to my parents. My gambler mum treated me like ATM, and fond a gal, the gal said to me: No $ No Honey... The system definitely brought us Singaporean men pain and suffer in silence. I bucked up and took up degree course, Mindef declined my deferment and said ATEC more important than my degree. Sad world.

The point of the GE is to vote for candidates that have decided to run for the elections for the particular constituency. This is provided the respective candidates have done all the necessary procedures to be nominated

One day very soon, there will be justice. Singaporeans will take back Singapore from foreigners and from PAP who betrayed the sons of Singapore. The PAP has made a mockery of Singaporeans sacrifices. Some of our Singaporean sons have even made the ultimate sacrifices and their mothers cried themselves dry. Our National service men and reservists will get the respect and their rightful place as first-class citizens and heroes of Singapore very soon- May 7, 2011.

i have to have serve my 2 years and 4 months and is happy and full of pride. i am also proud to do my ICT. I'm proud to able to protect Singaporeans but... i'm not proud of what my govt have become.

I had no idea Singaporean men had to serve in the army while foreigners are given benefits. If that's the case then things must change because it's totally unfair. Singapore must put Singaporeans first especially men serving in the armed forces.
