Great Job... Any chance I you can tell me where to get the tabs for the song the way you are currently playing it, I have a tab I got from tabcrawler and although the guitar using this tab sounds a bit fuller with the base notes, I.E. I have to use my thumb to wrap to the top string and play many of the cords just as Mayer plays it, the method you are using looks a bit easier. I still have not gotten down the slap strum method that mayer is using 100%, something like Legato?

you may want to watch how mayer 'slaps' his guitar (not sure what that's called), out of interest; he does seem subtler on the off-beats. it's strange to hear different version but that's good. it doesn't feel like a take-off and your sound is honest. i'll be listening to your music!
