  • Frolfing on one leg=Frolfing on hard mode

  • A training video that is actually somewhat helpful and accurate. Nice job.

  • @Erniethejuicebarman Your a fuck i hope your head goes missing stupid prick

  • i just started up playing disc golf and i was wondering what distance drivers are the best for starting out..... i went and bought an innova groove just cuz it looked sweet but on one of the web sites it said it wasnt verry beginner friendly should i take it back before i bust it up? what do you think?

  • I had heard the backhand throw was hard on your left knee/ankle, but WOW!

  • Great video...thanks for the breakdown of the X-Step...everyone could benefit from watching this!

  • Terminator?

  • Other tutorial videos need to follow this one's lead. The explaining of terms, techniques and consequences of beginner mistakes is rare elsewhere.

  • wow out of like 50 videos iv watched this is the first guy who helped me.

  • I wonder how he lost his leg?

  • tragic disc golf accident.

  • @ashoftheearth because he play disc golf :D hahaha !

  • i didnt even notice he had a metal leg for a second xD

  • Thanks! I really like your videos, and they're very helpful - I just started playing about 2 months ago.

P.S. Hats off to whoever made that leg. That thing is epic. That nice couple of degrees of lateral roll blew my mind. Hope it feels good to walk on/throw on!.

    Keep throwing, brother.

  • wow, your a real asshole

    congrats dumbass

  • This guys should be an inspiration to us all!

You don't see him whining about loss of a leg, but what you get from him, besides good throwing advice, is APPRECIATE what the good Lord has given to you!

  • very good technique

  • Nice tip. now i know why my throws are off. And for all you assholes who think it's funny how the guy has a metal leg, go lose a leg yourself first then try laughing.

  • so true man

there is no reason people should be makin fun of his flaws

  • That's the only AE disc golf video I've seen that's worth anything. The guy has a lot of important fundamentals you can use to build a powerful stroke.

  • What's up all... Any of you live in or near northern Indiana. Play the ox in Goshen (technical). Wilson in Mishawaka (nice distance course). Maddy B in south bend (stomped down woods but fun). Will post soon. Hit me up if you want to play

  • i agree bluenoserboy

  • this guy knows his frolf

  • That sounds more rude than I'd intended it to be. Granted, it is only a portion of the video but that doesn't make it any less dull or uninformative.

  • Ummm.. this video has virtually nothing to do with backhand throws. Instead he talks about the X step over and over again. There's nothing about disc, hand or arm position, or how to follow through. With all due respect, maybe if he was missing an arm he would have addressed the actual throw instead of showing off how well he can step.

  • As you get better and have more confidence in your throwing abilties, you can turn your whole upper body and pull your arm back all the way so you're looking directly behind you. This generates the most power in your throws.

  • nice form!

  • lol

  • I CAN THROW STRAIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!

  • could you possibly have less charisma

  • lol

  • thank you soo much was having extreme trouble with my backhand throw im saved!

  • verry informative ima newb, lefty i changed from side arm to backhand, but i was definately shuflling.

  • good tips, ive notice a lot of people when doing a right handed backhand will inverse the 'X' step and make the left leg go infront of the right
