  • She is still beautiful and the Seekers are really great!

  • Those guys with her are just hang on's these musician's with her are a dime a dozen. The greatness of the Seekers is Judith Durham and Judith Durham alone end of sentence...

  • they always sound the same, fantastic.

  • Here's real talent for ya...not like this Britney Spears crap.

  • Wow...doesn't she look WONDERFUL!! She didn't change much at all in those years from the 60's. I always LOVED The Seekers.

  • Like the wine, this song gets better with the age.

  • To me this version, 25 years later, is better than the original recording. And they can still perform it well in 2011.

  • I can't think of anyone who could come back 28 years after recording a song, and sounding this good. Simply the greatest!

  • I could search the world over Leanne but I'll never find another you! (I love you Leanne)

  • What a lovely song......What a beautiful voice.....What a fabulous woman.

  • How great was that?

  • When God Said Let There Be Music The Seekers Werte Born!

  • Hi

Judith can sing, believe me I can tell.

    Luc

  • love them loads

  • Beautiful song from one of the best eras in music.

  • This woman has one of the purest and on key voices (live and consistent) that I have ever heard. The band is superb. Simply great music.

  • @hottuna9 Yeah, she is perfect! Does'nt need to shout to reach the notes.

  • @hottuna9 Yes, indeed. I fall in love with her every time I listen to this and see her in one of the many videos on youtube. Youtube has really been great in reconnecting everyone to so much older and great music. I see posts by young people who wonder what happened to change from great music to what we have today.

  • Judith...well...what can you really say? That gal can sing.

  • she still had perfect pitch after 25 years

  • Wow! She still has such a beautiful voice! She looks great too and so does the rest of the band!

  • pure class, real singers, true harmony

  • What a great tune!!! Thanks for posting. I have tried to download this, but I can't. Did YouTube change something??

  • she looks and sounds the same 25 yrs on

  • Thank you for sharing...this song brings me to my knees in fond memories in the "sunshine of my youth"...this kind of music is almost reverent to me...I know we're supposed to go forward, but this allows me to remember my childhood with great fondness.

    Love& Peace

    Bridgette

    xoxoox

  • Love it !!!

  • you people are ignorant to say that others are dumb, simply because they do not like this song.I for one, like the lyrics, but not the instrumental, but I am far from STOOOOOOPID.Grow up,and allow others the right to decide what songs grabs their heart strings.Eye roll.

  • Remember, You can't inprove PERFECT!

  • WOW, WOW, & WOW!!!! On this reunion video Judith hit all of the old notes. She sounds just the same. What an amazing voice and an amazing talent. Thanks for all of the wonderful music Seekers!!!

  • What an Angel . May God Bless you Judith as you have the rest of us.

  • be mine Judith - I'll never find another you :(

  • This brings so many memories of my childhood, thankyou. Hearing this brings me to tears, what a voice

  • I had just graduated high school when this song hit the charts. I always liked it (and their other songs), but for some reason Judith's voice didn't move me then as it does now. Maybe I have gotten wiser as I grow older. I recently stumbled upon this on YouTube and appreciate whoever put this up.

  • this is the song that put judith and the boys on the crux of superstardom, and they endured, oh how they endured, these amazing people have brought us the wonderment of really great music for almost 50 years, and they have brought joy to millions, and Judith I know I will never find another you, thanks for your gift of music, and the boys are pretty good too

  • Absolutely incredible. Thank you!

  • I´ll be there someday...I am sure ...with you,sweetheart!!

  • thank you, thank you, thank you, what a wonderful song. a lots of memory.

  • This is wonderful. Thanks for it. I wept unashamedly to see these people on stage again. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

  • This music is platinum and diamonds... I can't believe the garbage of today... Reminds me of the lame comedy shows on tv today... Nothing like Taxi, Barney Miller And Sanford and Son.

  • love them!!!! GOD BLESS!!! IT BRINGS BACK ALOT OF MEMORIES!!!!

  • Where are the voices like this now?

  • I first came to Australia in April 1969. Herman's Hermits and Dusty Springfield were in concert but sad to say, no Seekers. I'm very glad they had a reunion.

  • still amazing lead vocals by judith ,and fantastic harmonising by everybody else - love it

  • I have a new appreciation of this great song! Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving the world two minutes plus of pure delight!

  • one of my favorite songs of all time, god its great! Ive been singing it in the shower for over 40 years

  • maganda!

  • This song was beautiful when it first came out so many years ago. Last week it came back to haunt me as I lay dreaming. I could not get it out of my mind after I awoke. Over and over it ran through as I remembered the melody but not all the lyrics or the title. Thank God for youtube and those who post. I finally found it and now the lyrics and melody are together.

The Seekers was such a great group and Judith has one of the most beautiful voices, clear and perfectly on key. Thank you.

  • More like Hayley Westenra

  • Judith is an angel. Period.

  • I've heard Judith compared to Joan Baez. I'm sorry but Judith's voice is MUCH more powerful. Simply Beautiful !!!

  • Beautiful song.

  • In the second verse ("There is always someone for each of us they say.......") where Judith solos, the backup harmony for some reason was omitted. Don't understand that but nevertheless a great performance. They still sound great.

  • They sound just as great as they did years ago.

  • What a beautiful love song. I will this song to my fiance on our wedding day that is how much I love her and this song. I love you Joannie Dulong, my future wife!!!

  • Apparently--the group is researched on Love -for if i should lose you Love-

  • What a beautiful woman with an amazing voice..yes they were one of the best groups in the sixties..wish I could have seen them in a live performance. Judith is a beautiful angel.

  • listen to the originals of this and then this one...her voice is just as perfect 25 years later!

  • One of the greatest Love Songs .... of all time.

  • wow all i can say is long live the seekers they are and always will be the greatest and judith is the icing on they cake and thank you for bringing this great performance and i look forward to seeing many more of the seekers videos thank you again

  • WELL SAID TRADEWINDS, JUTHITH WAS AND ALWAYS BE UP THERE AS ONE OF THE BEST FEMALE VOCALISTS

  • Because This song will now have very sentimental memories for me.

  • Totally awesome.. Now that is talent, wow. They'll be playing this song 1000 years from now.

  • Wow still pretty the song and the Singer Judith Durham great guys God bless

  • I used to fancy her like crazy.

  • Every time I hear this song .I think of my late wife edna ward .GOD BLESS ALL

  • they sound really good being live..

  • It brings tears to my eyes

  • A fantastic song, lives forever -:).

  • The Seekers will remain ever green, becos the world will never find another! Just love Keith's 'boyishness' at the beginning. I'm always close to tears everytime i listen to this song. Thanks ever so much for sharing.

  • Oh God, I don't know what I'll do...what I'll give to go back to the 60s era of music! Thanks ever so much for posting this. This song will remain with me thru 2011 and beyond.

  • This beautiful and great old song will be sung to my wife at my 40th wedding anniversary in 2012. It fits the future scenario perfect and a song I remember and cherish from the 60's. God Bless you guys. The Seekers, what a class act.

  • they are amazing and she is amazing.

  • The three people who voted thumbs down on this beautiful video must be mentally ill or else simply stupid trolls. But worry not because Judith won't hold it against you.

  • @tradewins YA - She has way too much class to judge you for your great accomplishments. hahahaha!

  • @tradewins They must have been ignorant rappers!

  • @tradewins three morons for sure, probably rappers, they actually delude themselves into believing they are making music not noise, but this is real, very beautiful music, this is what makes YT great, thanks for the effort dazbluey...

  • @tradewins even mental illness isnt reason for dissing this video, im about as nutty as they come and this is freakin aweome, anyone that doesnt like this is probably just evil !

  • @tradewins hehe yes lol

  • what a voice!!!

    She must be an angel!

  • Thank you, Judith, for sharing your wonderful voice with us --again. This beautiful song brought back beautiful memories for my husband and me. We listened over and over!

  • I agree, bxnyc99. The song, the group is magnetic. Whenever I stumble upon it, I have to listen again.

  • Excellent.

  • Great Song by Great lady, and the boys are not bad either. In my opinion a great group, and the greatest female voice of all time. Judith has the gift, and has used it very well, thanks Judith, from your fans in San Francisco

  • Wow, that last "Your love, dear" gets me every time. Just so dang great.

  • It is true that angels could sing..and Judith is truly an angel with an angelic voice....what a beautiful song sung by an angel...BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

  • It is true that angels could sing..and Judith is truly an angel with an angelic voice....what a beautiful song sung by an agel...BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

  • They sound as good now as they did 25 years ago. This beautiful song has

got emotional chrisma....which loves on through the decades.

Makes me feel really young again.

  • Thatgirl1965 you are so right! Wow, this version is amazing. thx for sharing dazbluey

  • An Angel indeed

  • She is magnificent, I know now what angels sound like

  • Judith ... you will always be my girl friend from the day i was born here 1962

  • @Ruiggie Actually, Judith and the Boys have lost none of their charm or talent. As documented in their perfomances of last month on Youtube. It's extraordinary and inspiring to enjoy and witness their undiminished artistry as they enter their 70s... we should all be so lucky. Maybe Mom will let you have the car one night this week...

  • Shame Judith had to get old.

  • @Ruiggie We all get old... Judith has lost none of her charm. See her April 2010 interview on YouTube. Such incredible grace does not age.

  • @jbarfuzzface It's from that interview that I made my comment. I think she has really started to look old although maybe not necessarily lost her charm, perhaps that was a bit over the top.

  • @Ruiggie OK, u r forgiven. There is another group interview where they announced the group's participation in a tour w/Andre Riu. Lots of gray hair amongst the guys, but Judith looked and sounded wonderful. Someone called her "the world's sweetheart." I agree. I went to Judith's website and sent off a note never thinking to hear from anyone... guess what? I did hear, and was overwhelmed by the kind, generous warmth of the reply. Truly an angel.

  • Just one of the great things to come out of Australia! This Yank loves 'em for sure! What great memories.

  • Decades have past and Judith is still a dolly bird. Beautiful long hair and a small stature. Seeker's are a jewel..

  • @MrZfleming

I agree with you in spite of the years, Judie^'s voice is still the as it was as I heard it in the radio on the 60?s

That's the difference between an excellent vocalist and a good one.

Besides the song is very nice

    Thanks a lot Seekers

  • Have had very pleasant hour listening to these lovely songs by tThe Seekers

  • Brings tears to my eyes....thankyou.....so beautiful : )

  • Timeless...

  • Great country folk song!

  • SHALOM VERY NICE SONG TOV TODA

  • I had all but forgotten this song. Some of my current "oldies", when they were "newies" don't resonate on my soul as this one does, plus, I've always been a fan of 12 string guitar picking. Judith is up there with Judy Collins, and the late Mary Travers (Peter, Paul and Mary).

  • I love this girl.

    Judith Please Marry Me !!!!!

  • W124 mentioned Judith and Mary. Indeed, they are at the magnificent end of the human spectrum. At the other are the miscreant neocons in Washington and Wall Street harvesting youth to achieve their warring objectives. Mary would have some strong words for them. Others would have had them simply walk the plank of justice like should have been done with Stalin, Molotov, and Kaganovitch.

  • Such a beautiful love song. I imagine how I'd feel if someone sang those lyrics to me.

  • It will not make me popular to say so, but that's the worst job of beat-holding I've *ever* heard.

    All the more annoying since they were professionally dead on in the 60s. :-}

  • go on judith, when singers COULD sing , lovely with it

  • After two decades still have the same powful voice, Ms. Judity bravo encore

  • Judith and Mary are the best female folk singers ever!!!

  • Judith Durham's voice and the rich harmonies that the Seekers created produced a sound which has no peers.

  • was brought up in the sixties with all the fantastic music of that era,but judith must be have greatest voice of all

  • Absolutely Brilliant. no other singer will ever manage to fill her shoes.

  • wow, thanks for posting this wonderful video!!

  • You can search the world over but you won't find a a more talented group than the seekers .I remember this song well. Take care ADonovan43

  • They were dreamers with a message .,what the world needs are more dreamers with a message of hope for a better tommorow..Thank you ADonovan43

  • What a treasure it is to hear the unique voice of Judith again after so many years.

  • They look different, but they still sound the same. Fabulous!!!!!!!

  • @iowa61 The synergy of singing with those guys brings out qualities in Judith I can't fully name. Ease, power, sparkle. Home fits too. I imagine too that in some higher dimension they were destined to get together.

  • Such a beautiful song...one of my favorites...don't have many like that!

  • What a Voice, and What a beautiful song1 I can listen to it and ALL their songs all day if I have to and I have their album.

  • Wow. the world was a much simpler and better place back then. how nostalgic to see the seekers and hear that beautiful harmony and folk sound. Judith Durham is amazing, what a voice, clear, sharp, pure, undefiled, piercing, capturing. and when she sings "I'll never find another you," her voice stands out especially at the end when she sings "Another you, another you." voices like hers, that type, don't come along very often.

Seekers, Judith, thanks for the memories.

  • She is so sad there.

And I'm so sorry that she is.

  • @virago1776 No. She's very happy to be home...

  • beautiful, very nice voice

    So true

    Thank you for posting

    Greetings

    Carina

  • judith has the most evocative voice i have ever known

  • luv thissong since i was a child...thank u..

  • Wow... 25 years later and Judith Durham's voice was just as beuatiful and strong as ever.. I can barely tell the difference from their 1968 farewell concert.

  • Even more beautiful after 25 years!!

  • I'm gonna have my choir sing this for my wedding....

  • @uxninja

    Good choice :)

  • BEAUTIFUL !!!

  • Timeless message that can be applied to all levels of human relationships: The unrepeatable uniqueness of every individual.
