@nomiclas I can relate. I was 14, and I and my friends cowered in our theater seats, as we endured the growing suspense and all the horror it eventually became. Ironically, I don't know if my parents would have approved of my seeing this, had they know of its powerful emotional impact.
Thwe way they ended it was a very good ending. The original ending would not have been as good.

i was only 7 years old when this was the Saturday matinee had this and i followed every scary part of this and had bad dreams for years.
