  • This is awesome....I grew up listening to them...He was the best front man, singer, entertainer and man of God I have ever seen.....Thank you for this video.

  • Thanks for posting this video, it was beautiful. Thanks for making me cry. As the video went on, it got better, you saved the best for the end.

  • on 2:15 with johnnie parrack singing whats the name of this song

  • Big Jim, you will always be one of the best that there ever was or ever will be in SGM.. Thank you for the inspiration and for showing me what a REAL SG singer is all about.. RIP my friend!

  • Jim Hamill and I were in the same hotel during a National Quartet Convention in the 90's. We rode the same shuttle over one evening, There were several others on the shuttle. When we got off, Big Jim and I were the only ones that tipped the driver. He stopped me and commented about this and how the others on the bus were more financially well off then we were. Jim Hamill - Kingsman have been a blessing with their music to me for years.

  • This is awesome. I couldn't do nothing but truly enjoy this. Love Big Jim.

  • yes, his father

  • Johnny Parrack happen to be Jays dad or kin ?

  • dad

  • goose bumps. you did a great tribute to some great men.

  • Haha. At 2:58, there's a man in the front row, just right of center, who looks like he's asleep. :-)

  • Great tribute!

  • Thank you very much for this !!!

  • John was the BEST TENOR EVER.... and Jim was without doubt the best front man ever.

  • When did Jim pass? My heart is broke. I saw these guys shortly after becoming a Christian in Wichita Falls Texas years ago. Tim Lovelace was playing piano. They brought the house down. It was just simply awesome.

My 16th birthday. It ruined my birthday!

  • GREAT!!!!

  • 3:32 Surrett kills that note! Tims head tones are better than hamills!

  • very sad to hear Jims passing.. a great Christian man with an awesome voice! Very funny man too. Just one more reason to look forward to Heaven! Oh what a day that will be!

  • I always loved seeing Jim Hamill. You could always count on him to cut up sometime during the concert. He had such a wonderful voice. Anyone remember the live performance recording of "Look For Me At Jesus' Feet?" Still my favorite. He an Anthony and Foxy are having a grand time singing in the choir now.

  • I remember it well. The Best of the best!

  • Excellent video, I loved every second.

  • I agree with Jim, Parrack is the greatest tenor I have ever heard!!!

  • I wonder why little Earnie Phillips wasn't there...and what years was he in the group?

  • Durwood: Johnny Parrack was with the Kingsmen long before Ernie Phillips came along.

  • It is great. And there is none better than Johnny Parrack!

  • What video is this from? I have to have this!

  • What a wonderful tribute. It was nice seeing Anthony Burger who I know was there to welcome Big Jim through the Pearly Gates. Amen and Amen. Thanks for posting.

  • Thanks for all the memories Jim.
