it takes energy to make energy (most people that graduated High school know this), your bubbles are not doing a thing for your fuel economy.You are most likely hurting your cars performance.

This is not energy conversion my friend. It is simply making the fuel / air mixture more efficient.

the energy comes from the DC voltage. it is a combustion aid. it provides more oxygen and H2 itself is fuel even used in rockets.
