  • I have a 1785 coin and its worth 1,000 but im tryin to sell it

  • I have a 1881 O Morgan dollar in brilliant uncirculated and I got it for 75$

  • that coin now is worth about 30-35 bucks

  • 5 bucks

  • if you do not want to consider its numismatic value, the melt weight (pure silver content) of this coin is about 0.9 ounce. so you can calculate its silver value according to the market value of 1 ounce of pure silver.

  • could be fake

  • 40 -45 dollars

  • And it also depends on the mint it was made in

  • It depends on the condition of the coin and if the coin is real or not the coins btw is called the morgan dollar I have one from 1921 that was the last year it was minted. It was minted from 1878-1904,1921 the coin is 90% silver, 10% copper

  • silver content around 40$ as of april 20 2011

  • 1 00000000000000000

  • i got a silver pennie.

  • I have this same coin and it seems a lot of people do. How rare can it be?

  • 2010- this year now

    1881- when it was made

    2010 - 1881=129

add 2 0's and it will equal $12,900 it cost $12,900 in 2010

  • well its hard to tell the real condition of the coin in that lighting

  • i got an American coin from 1804

  • i have the same exact coin also i have oe that looks just like it but is much much smaller does anyone know what that coin is??? maybe an old penny???

  • This type of coin is a silver dollar of the George T. Morgan "Lady Liberty". The price value can vvary depending in its preservation, engraving cuality but also on its mint mark located between the D.O. of dollar on the back. This markings are; D= Denver;

O= New Orleans; CC= Carson City; P= Philadelphia. If it has the SS print will be the hightes of value which can range up to $ 800. 00 USD.

  • I my uncle has this exact same coin And he want to sell it Any offers. Intrested message me 831 240 95 16 I'll send u a picture only serious buyers please

  • have an 1853 dollar coin

  • I have a coin that looks exactly the same and is also made in 1881. I even posted a video about it.

  • i have a 1922 Dollar coin...i found it :D

  • where did u find it?

  • try not to throw it around and flip it hard. It will cause scratches and will lower the value

  • i will pay $100?

  • in that condition- $12 US. D.

in a bit better condition- $15 US. D.

in a super better condition- $20-$25 US. D.

  • ill give you a doller for it

  • dont sell it dumb shit

  • look under the do in dollar if its o its 12 if it has no mark its worth 80 if it has an s its worth 27, im not so sure

  • oh, i got that

    IT'S AWESOME!1

  • Im part of the PCGS grading service.

Your coin seams to be in a VF-31 grade.

Morgan silver dollars are avery common part of ones coin collection so i would say $22

PS. Try getting a 2-2 folder to put it in :)

  • Ejoy your MORGN doll and SAVE It...... Its nor worth enoughto sell!!!! Not yet!

  • I have some 1883 dollars similar to that one, and a $145 penny from 1872.

  • about $10-$12

  • Oh. That coin's face value is worth 1.00 it is a Morgan Silver Dollar. If I were you I would grade it with ngc or other coin graders to find out how much you could get for it.

  • i got 2

  • thats over..over 80K!!! if you heard somone say its like 80 dolloars and they wanna buy for 90 dont fall for itt -.-

  • mine is 19442

  • i will pay $100000 for any coin any shape i am crazy

  • l have 1879 silver coin :) my oldest one l have.

  • Hey about that dollar coin dated 1881, I have one too and I'm not about to get rid of it. so if you find a buyer let me know.

  • hey get salt and vinegar and clean it it would be in excelent condition but if you do not believe me try it on the coins we use these days =p

  • that deacreases the value of the coin bitch

  • rofl ur the bitch the better the condition the more the value and the older the coin is made the more the value fucktard. so if i put my hmm lets say 1971 coin in dirt and take it out... OMG I HAVE 1milion rofl

  • rofl not 1m like 1cent, coins that are rare are 1942 1881 1879 and the 50$bill thats 50m and the coin that is 2k years old.

  • Just leave the coin as it is, it decreases the value of the coin even tho if it's shinner and cleaner than the origional condtion.

  • I lvoe how everyone says its worth like 80 bucks but in realality its about $20 and actually its less then that because of what the price on PCGS is normally a few bucks cheaper so say $18 ish sorry bro

  • this coin you have is in mid condition and it should be $50 i have the same one but in exellent condition and worth $ 80 go outhand buy a little silver polish and scrub good in water

  • that depreciates the value, so going by that your "excellent COndidition" is worth about the same for his g8-vg12

  • About 60$

  • i have a coin from 1866 with star and rays going thru them this coin was only made for a year tho but it can sell now for max of 17k u.s. dollars im now selling it this coin is extremley rare !

  • its called the morgan silver dollar worth about 75$ i know because i am a coin collector.

  • hey dude. i got a half a dollar coin wit a car on the back. do you know if its worth anything.

  • a dollar.

  • i have a 1776-1976 coin

  • its called a bicentenial its nothing speacial

  • i have a 1776-1976 do you know how much i could get for that and i have a 1888 and a 1972 and a 1890

  • i have 1859 coin!!!!

  • 1881 (Good-4)$20 (Very Good-8)$22 (Fine-12)$23 (Very Fine-20)$25 (Extra Fine-40)$27 (Almost Uncirculated-50)$30 (Almost Uncirculated-58)$35 (Mint State-60)$40 (MS62)$45 (MS63)$65 Your coin from the video looks to be about a VG, it's not an acception of cleaning coins if you are a collector. It's a no no to clean. If it's been cleaned your coin is worth the silver value inside the coin only which is .77344 of an oz. Todays price at 16.92oz for Silver. Silver value in your coin is $13.00

  • Try good old soap and water it works for me! Dawn dish soap is the best, not only do you get them clean you can also have clean hands and dishs too LOL Oh by the way never clean a coin with a cloth or abrasive anything! The only thing you need is your hands and don't try useing your fingernails either watch out and don't scratch a coin it lowers the premium of the coin. Good hunting! And the internet is a valuable mentor for learning about the hobby.

  • i'll by it for$1,000,000,000

  • i'll by it for$1,000,000,000

  • Your coin is a "Morgan Dollar" It's worth around $10 US dollars, unless, unless you look very close and can see a previous mint overstamped under the two 8's in the date.. If you can see two faint C's, then your coin is worth around $120 bucks. I personally can't tell from the video if you have the 8 over c.

  • around 60$ pretty good condition

    i have one 1890

  • lol there selling those coins on the tv for $19.90 so there u go

  • a got a morgan dollar of 1882 its $150 dollars

  • can't see mint mark

it will either have (on the reverse) a 'CC', 'O', 'S', or none.

If it is a Carson City dollar (CC mint) it could be worth several hundred. If one of the other mint marks, looks like its a 15 to 20 dollar coin in value

  • I have one of those too.But it's 1921.Anyone know "how" to clean those coins?

  • Don't use any acids or chemicals! I destroyed a very rare rouble coin with such cleaning acid! Try to wash it with soap, or use little vinegar to clean it, then wipe it with a soft cloth! It is supposed to be more prestigious if the coin has patina, so don't go too far with the cleaning process!!

  • YOU DONT EVER CLEAN A COIN!!!!

  • I am from an Eastern Europe country, and i want to tell you, that a silver Morgan dollar like this in my country costs about 50 dollars in a very fine condition. You have struck hundreds of millions coins like this since 1878, but still their price stays high due to your global dominant position.

  • This is it folks! Freedom! How much freedom can you buy for 5$, 10$, 20$, 50$, 100$ or more? Its only money! Ron Paul is my champion for liberty! Time is a factor here. Lets show America that someone cares. I just cheerfully donated 50$, and if I can peddle my lawn mower I will send in more. You cant mow snow anyway! GO RON GO!!!RON PAUL THE PEOPLES PRESIDENT!!

  • hey guys i have a 1853 coin from france parshly cleaned and im really curious to see what i can get for it. plz mail me.

  • harshly cleaned.

    a $11 coin

  • All I can see is one big glare. I can't tell the condition, mint mark, variety, whether it's been cleaned, or any other notable problems. It could be worth anywhere from $15 on up, although it is likely to be worth closer to $15. This is considering you are able to sell it for a slight premium over the silver value.

  • the condition is really good. I would say atleast 20 dollars. How did you get a hold of it?

  • I have one of those, from 1879.

  • im selling 30 on amazon im the lowest price up there urs is worth 70 $ amazon wise.

  • That sounds about right with the price of silver as high as it is. Keep it somewhere where it won't get scratched up, and whatever you do, don't try to clean it in any way or you'll ruin the value.

  • Your coin is worth $20-$30 in the grade it is in. Unless it has "cc" under the wreath on the reverse of the coin, then it would be worth much much more. E-mail me if it has cc.
