you need to watch news more often moron, it was clearly stated and quoted with pictures of documents in one of Clintons interview that before leaving office he left detailed report on all the movements of al quaeda one to CIA and one for Bush Administration. Also Bush had 8 months after being elected to take action against Al Quaeda, he ignored all warnings left by previous administration in oval office, and rather he spent MOST of his time on his ranch after winning election.
