Även om filmen "Om Gud Vill" är en rätt så tråkig och grå film, är den otroligt vacker och ett kulturellt mästerverk. Den röda tråden får tittaren leta sig fram till, utan att filmen för den sakens skull blir rörig, flummig och översurrealistisk vilket Europeisk film tenderar till att bli, bitvis. Inte perfekt; inte roligt men ett mästerverk.
