@cooljj82 it is redundant... how many middlemen do you like to go through for a good or service? me? i prefer as low as possible. the federal government was supposed to be nothing more than the meeting of our governors and representatives to see if everything is cool or if anyone had problems in their town or state. the local town, village, city, etc > county > state > federal. people think the fed is top, it's not. your property is. they represent US. States > Federal. define "Representation".

This occurs every day; the EPA has a minimal hand in it...look at it on the State level - the State Environmental departments...everyday; new construction projects are shelved due to permitting and wetland mitigation costs...being a Civil Engineer; EVERYDAY I see it...not to mention the added cost to rent / purchasing lots for the projects that do go through.

PS - I consider myself an environmentalist, but the courts are better protectors of the environment than the EPA.

PPS - Eliminate the BATFE. Stop the illegal flow of guns to Mexico, preserve gun rights for US citizens, and sabe over a billion dollars a year.

All it takes is for liberals to realize that government supports special interests and not people. Government has become a safety net for lobbyist, not the workers and tax payers. Once you realize this, you realize that your taxes are not only unjust, but also used against you. You realize that regulations are not in taxpayer interest, but monolithic industry interest, and only the industries that spend millions currying favors at the federal level. WAKE UP!
