  • nice job.i have one vanagon with 1.8liter. watercooled (jetta engine). run great but needed one speed .the transmision is four speed. i want adapted diesel engine. sorry my english is bad nice video and music thanks from mexico.

  • All is well

Many Bumps along the mechanical road.. of course

This Week I'll be revealing the completed project.. Vegegon will be revealed

  • Good idea.

I was going to say that it wouldbe slow but the flat 4 engines r not very fast.

U can bolt on ancilliariers from the TD engine and get good power.

Do u have a bosch fuel pump?

If lucas u will nead a twin tank system and only use warm fuel otherwise pump failure/ seizure will occur.

What would be good is a passat TDI engine with 130bhp!

  • Is there a website that for this conversion ? who makes that transmission adapter

  • I'll post a new video very soon with the High Torque Starter I ordered from California, and I'll show the Old Rabbit starter that I unsuccessfully modified, trials and errors.

    Soon it will run!

  • I just called up FastForward as listed in a google search and the guy on the phone didn't

know anything about diesel. They just sold

Miata superchargers. Can you give more information on this?

  • The company that makes the Flywheel and Adapter Plate (Kennedy Engineering Products) are still in business , but FastForward (who assembled the kit)no longer exist. But, the KEP adapter kit is the most crucial part to this conversion, unless you're a machinist and can whip up a flywheel. They make adapter kits for the TDI engine as well. My kit was designed for the 4speed 091 Transmission with a 1.6-1.9 VW block.

  • I like the music

  • Where have ya been man? Lost contact with your projects, ARG! Keep us updated..

    Regards, --S

  • Back at it now.

I'm so behind on the latest HHO info.. that last breakthrough I saw was your clamshell approach.

I'll have to watch your new vids before I try anything with HHO.

  • Nice Video-Post, should be an interesting project to follow. That is a Vanagon? Right?

Keep everyone posted, always was interested in the bio-diesel technique. Hey even better bio-diesel HHO assisted! Top-Notch..

Love the tunes.. Again, keep us posted on this one..

    Regards --HOAX

  • Vanagon yes, originally it had the 1.9 gas engine.

I'll hook up an H-Boost asap.. I have already read that the BBQ smell goes away with the Hydrogen (not that it was a prob really) but that sounds to me like a cleaner burn.

Next week I'm gonna put the engine all together.

    I'll update then for sure.

    Thanks for the support

What a Hoot it is to be able to watch everyone develop this stuff "real time".. Long live Youtube.. and Tesla
