  • Gumi, what is it with you and sharp objects? It's not just Deco*27's works now, but everywhere. xD

  • I think Kemu has a thing for Ripped socks...

At first i thought "Oh yeah. That's cool."

Second "Ah, probably just a coincidence..."

But in Jinsei Life Game, Invisible AND Ikasama Life Game? CERTAIN.

    ...Not complaining though. :3

  • What does "kaiba-sensei" mean? I love this song to death adn it's the only thing i've ever really wondered about it *bugs me XD*

  • Why's Gumi always suffering cause of love? xD

  • Wow, the lyrics really sums up what most students are facing nowadays in schools in south east asia. I really like the song.

  • I think she's already dead here.

A child prodigy who fell in love during 8th grade but gets rejected which is why she killed herself. Ghosts who aren't ready to leave their past often go through the experience over and over--reset button.

So she goes through it a million times and feels confused why she gets rejected so she kept on thinking (kaiba-sensei=brain). The million years is the times she had to reset before she knew ("the scrapes on my hands have the answer..") that she's already dead.

  • Adoro esta música

  • Life is full of problems, 'restarting' won't fix anything. Even in a game, when you restart, you walk a different path, but still have several problems in front of you and are forced to push through them yourself.

  • @randomgroup but if you already made so many bad mistakes that there's almost no chance of getting on the right track again a reset button is by far the easiest way ~_~

  • Wow. That was almost the entire description of my life. This is one hell of a song. Job very well done. Very good music.

  • Everyone wondering about Kaiba-sensei:

Kaiba = 海馬 = Hippocampus (Definition):

A convoluted, seahorse-shaped structure in the cerebral cortex of the temporal lobe of the brain, composed of two gyri with white matter above gray matter. It forms part of the limbic system and is involved in the processing of emotions and memory.

  • @SonjaArashi To put it short, she is personifying her emotions and memories.

  • Maybe she worships Kaiba-Sensei?

  • I think she actually went through two lives before she saw the world at its end. First, an eighth grade dropout who kills herself with box cutters, then a girl who doesn't now how to control herself, and when she confesses her love for the 3000th time, she is fed up and kills herself. And, she went ahead so many billions of years in spirit because she has reset herself so many times. Stuck in reincarnation I guess.

  • To me explaining the time she told in the song like, a Day felt like Years, sort of thing and as the days goes by she's getting lonelier and lonelier. and Kaiba-sensei is like a homophone for something or a play on word.

  • It's really a powerful lyric. really lovethe sound <33

  • @snickerdoodlepuff I actually didn't like this song very much until you explained it a bit better. Now I can't help but feel connected to the damn thing = n=

  • THIS.IS.EPIC.

  • I think I hear a song you think Crelle in mind that it will'm English 海馬(kaiba) and hippocampal

What do you think has been translated from kaibasensei dare personify the hippocampus in this case will be Sorry, I tell you what's not clear why I use the automatic translator

  • @YMJ70 Thank you for your help. =) I tried to make it clear in a new comment.

  • Hmm. As a literal person we have no idea who 'Kaiba-Sensei' is. But. If we delve into Symbolism, we'll take the reading of 'Kai-ba' as 'ocean-horse' or 'seahorse'. Symbolically they stand for patience and 'contentment with one's self'. With this is mind, when she calls out to 'Kaiba-sensei' -or 'teacher of contentment'-, you can presume she A) hates who she is and knows this, and B) wishes someone could reach out and teach her to be okay with who she is despite it.

  • KAIBA-SENSEIIII!

  • Jesus Christ that intro.

  • i hate seeing box cutters in these vids, guh.....cutters :(

  • who is kaiba sensei?? °O°

  • This follows he beat scheme of Matryoshka's chorus.

  • probably she had reset 300million times? Hah ^O^

  • The 'reset button' is pretty obvious.

What if she's a child prodigy and she feels she's a failure as she's been rejected after confessing "300 times" and is lonely because of her knowledge. Several brilliant kids drop out early, and she dropped out of 8th. Now she doesn't know what to do with her life, as her dreams are now forgotten, she's on her own now and is deeply regretting it, wishing she's been scolded to not do such.

I still don't get the million times so;;; Hmmm. I dunno.

  • @snickerdoodlepuff

And because she doesn't know what to do with her life, she figures she can "reset it"--commit suicide in hopes of trying again.

  • @snickerdoodlepuff Maybe the millions of times was her thinking that even if she reset everything nothing would have changed, since she didn't see anything wrong with what she did, that's why she needed someone to scold her, she couldn't change it on her own.

And the "last stop" was her accepting that she would have to live with it.

  • @snickerdoodlepuff Maybe after she dropped out and forgotten her dreams she didn't know what to do with life, and because she was lonely, she played dating sims games, but she kept on failing and was rejected. And the years were the virtual days/weeks she played in the game added up together with her previous failed attempts.

  • i LOVE this songgg <333

  • i think i get what the 'reset button' is...

  • Oh wow !

  • Hmm, I think I get it.

  • OMG engrish subs!

  • Thanks for the English Sub~ XD

  • hm

still doesn't make any more sense to me

    *headdesk*
