  • This piece moulds Bharat Bhusan and Rafi Saab into ONE - Made for each other so to say.

  • If there is a song on earth- it is this- it is this- it is this!!

  • chand ko dhunde pagal suraj sham ko dhunde sawera ........ bhagwan bhala ho tera. lyrics & music in a class of its own.

  • No words to say... awsome...

  • one of best song,s by rafi saab !!!

  • STRANGE.EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT MOHD RAFI. SAAB AND TALAT SAAB BUT I THINK BHARAT BUSHAN ALSO DESERVES CREDIT.NO ONE REMEMBERS HIM NOW UNLIKE BALRAJ SAHNI,DILEEP KUMAR AND OTHERS

  • This song is the epitome of all songs. Poetry will never be written or sung of this calibre. It reflects everything and anything that symbolises our culture.

  • STILL UNFORGATABLE. LOT OF THANKS TO ROFI SAHAB

  • I am listening this song from many years and still tears come in my eyes when I hear it- specially the wording starts with chand ko dhoonda. Who can write such lyrics ,who can compose such music and who else can sing like Mohd Rafi! TRS Menon Bangalore

  • thanks Naushad Sahab and Rafi Sahab for this greattttt greattttttttttttttttt song

  • Rafi sab ki amar awaz allways hamare saath hai.......

  • The best of the best. This song doesn't have any competition. Nobody can excel the Perfection of RAFI saab. Thou shall live within our hearts forever.

  • No song can replace this one!

  • Stunning display of singing prowess. No one can match this. Every other singer is pale in comparison. We are blessed to have been alive to enjoy this absolute "Masterclass" in singing.

  • thou shall live forever

  • Rafi sahab aap ke awaz me jo dard tha woh duniya ke her dil me pohcha.kya baat hai.....Long live Rafi sahab. You were a true Gem....

  • After a long time I got thechance to listen to this song.

    Thanks

  • I dont have any words to say anything here. I have listen this song around 30 times within last 4 months. But still I feel listening again & again. The best & the most diffisult song to be sung in Indian cinema. Rafi saab's voice was God gifted. Just look how much control he had over his breathing & voice even while singing at astonishing high pitch. The emotion shows in the song. Heart touching. No one can overtake Rafi saab.

  • @ayasswain , I agree 100%. One of the great clasics of the master. I listened over 100X never get bored. What a marvelous song!

  • Two things of note, that come to my mind...

    1. @ 1:12 'ab toh neer bahaale...(3)' - Notice how each time he sings that. Especially, the third is such a low soft tone, after the two previous hig-pitched renditions... Waah! Only he could have managed that.

    2. @ 4:27 '...chup chup hai deewarein' - Notice how he says 'deewarein...' Waah Rafi saab....

Could anyone else sing those bits any better? Well, actually, could anyone even sing it like the great man did? NOT A CHANCE....

  • @genghisificationable I agree the two points you pointed out. Even at 2.37, 3.28 such a high pitch and such a control. He is one of the greatest singer god has ever produced on the earth.

  • sorry brovoj8.. but no cant tell which song of mohd. rafi is best song...

sorry again ... this 1 is something u cant rate in good better nd best

  • the best that any any singer can produced is only produced by the one and only Rafi Saab and a challenge to other singer if they can singer better then this song ????

i think no one , no one

  • best of Md Rafi.. thanx for uploading this .. many many thanx...
