ayervedic massage is a therapy for wellness. you will have to just trust that this is what it is. it is a way to show what millions of people are doing to gain back some use of their bodies. massage helps to support the internal functions. without exercise or massage, the body does not get enough blood to do its work properly. as you might know, india is a hot country and most of the people are minimumly clothed because of the heat and in an oil massage, it can get messy. please understand
