how many work outs do i do a day and when do i do them ... should i eat before doing the work outs or after ? i think i can do this really ... i am 22 and i just had a baby by 4 months ago ... and i weigh 98 i need to go down lose at least 20 kilose ... i need to lose it ... i have a party in 3 months and i wanna look just right and a little slimy and stuff .. so can you help me with it ... i dont know what to eat either i really need help !
@sha3yoon I only know that you shouldn't eat before workout, eat 30 mins after the workout. Or wait at least 90 mins after eating for a safe workout :)
@sha3yoon 1 workout a day, for 30-40 min is enough,but it must be intense-you should feel like you can't do more but to keep it at least a little longer-then you burn a lot. it is good to have 3 to 5 workouts per week.Aerobics has a lot of advantages,but you can combine it with other methods for faster results.I do Pump it up 2 times a week and the Bar Method-3 times a week.I find the Bar Method very very efficient! Wait at least 1h after eating before to exercise.Reduce the sugar intake.
@1Hedleylover I stuck to a balanced low fat 1200 calorie a day diet, and would do the entire dvd 6 days a week for 6-8 weeks, I lost 10 kgs. You see results quick too if you cut out alcohol and sweets. and not adding too much fat to meals, obviously healthy fats are important for the body but not in excess :)
