I think it's funny when people say "I'm ___ years old" as if when they say they're younger, it's more impressive that they listen to good music. Good music is good music no matter how old you are. And damn this is good music.

ive been on you tube for about 3 hours now. and the crazy part is that i started out on a wu tang clan song. and went through tupac,common, the roots, breaking benjamin, five finger death punch and a hella of alot more bands/groups/artist without typing anything in the search bar. so in a way all music comes back together through some way or another and i LOVE that!

I'm from the same generation myself (I'm 19 though), and I'm not saying I don't enjoy the fact that younger generations are listening to such good music, I'm just saying that it irks me when people try to impress others (and it's clearly what most of them are doing) by boasting. But again, I'm always happy to find a fellow music lover that didn't live through the decade that it came out :)

It demonstrates thoughtfulness and good taste that is above the likes of the youthful inclination to enjoy sickly pop songs and only claim to like music which is popular within their own generation. Having said that though, anyone with half a brain comes here to listen to the music not to boast about their age for attention, so I do see your point.
