  • You sir, are an inspiration. Great job! I will be doing the P90X hopefully later this summer or right after it as long as I get a job and have the money to buy the equipment/supplements. Also I wanted to know, what exactly is that thing you were using to do your pull ups? I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what it is and where did you buy it? I don't think I'm going to be able to install a chin up/pull up bar in my room without damaging the trim around my door and so on.

  • @Fanastywarrior927 thank you, it is a pull up/ dip station. Most sporting goods stores sell them. I got it from a garage sale.

  • @01gt46 anytime man, and can i ask you , did you starve when you did the diet? because im tryin to loose some weight too and the training part is fine but its just the diet giving me a few problems....

  • @dynastydadonprod no I did not starve at all. I ate about 500 cals less than I burned per day. I ate pretty clean and usually 6 times a day. Breakfast, lunch & dinner were decent size and usually a snack in between. If you feel like your being starved, start tracking everything with fitday. If you eat too little it'll slow your metabolism down and hinder your progress.

  • Nice work man looking good keep it going!! I bought P90X a couple of months ago and tried it and only lasted a few days. I have to say its very tough going especially trying to fit it in nearly every day with work and that. Any suggestions to give me a kick start to have another go because it just seems like im gonna fail again as you have to admit it is quite demanding

  • @paulie975 you just need to make the time to do it is all. It is demanding but well worth it.

  • how far off the nutrition plan did you deviate? and did you use any suppliments ( creatine / NO2 / vitamins / etc )?

  • @Kyuss7979 I just ate pretty clean, lots of baked/grilled chicken, fish, some steak,lots of veggies, etc. Ate usually 6 times a day, usually 500 cal deficient/day. For supps I used GNC AMP Wheybolic 60 extreme, daily viatmin, fish oil, green tea pills, drank an assload of water daily. For round 2 I added extra L-Arginine & glutamine. I took creatine maybe a dozen times between both rounds. Hope this helps.

  • this actually seems to be a real vid rather than all the fake ones out there. Your advantage really is the fact that you already had quite a bid of muscle mass, just too much fat.

  • I'm not sure which fake ones you are referring to but yeah, this one is real. That's why many of my videos have actual video footage, pictures are too easy to manipulate. A lot of people use "lighting tricks" to highlight the muscles and cast shadows under the muscles. Many of my pics were taken under the same light. Thanks.

  • the 1st week is total hell, don't let it get you down. You'll feel like you can't keep up, you'll want to puke/ pass out and you'll be sore as fuck, just push your way right through it. It gets better.

  • thanks Randy, I'm very happy with the results. I was hoping to be a little leaner but I can only blame myself for that... I guess I'm my worst critic. But like I said I'm very happy, I just can wait to see if I can get ripped while building mass in round 2!
