if you have playstation2 on sims2 pets they dont have stairs but if you have sims2pets on PC(computer)they have stairs so you just go in build mode and it has other things and i think if you click on those three little bubbles then you'll see the stairs oh and i know this because its just like sims life stories but it doesnt have any pets and i had sims2pets on playstation!!!!! SOOO BYE BYE

yes pets can wohoo each other and create little puppys if you have a dog or little kittens if yu have a cat but in order to do this its just like real life you need 2 dogs or cats of teh same species and you need like a pt house or summit to give them privacy then just click them and click offspring with pick their mate and then see wether they are ready to do so
