  • If anyone has any Peggy and the Fantastics shows, can you please upload them? Especially the 1980 Busch Stadium baseball team episode. Thanks!

  • What a sweetheart! Janie, Cowboy Bob and Sammy Terry was such a big part of my childhood!

  • I also remember "Peggy" got a spin off show called "Peggy and the Fantastics"

It was back in the days of watching Big Blue Marble, and The Hot Fudge Show

  • @ObsidianRider I remember homie. It used to come on channel 13 early Sunday morning right after Timothy Churchmouse. It was actually called Peggy and the Vantastics, because she drove a van around to different locations with kids in it doing stuff. I believe she took over being the host of This Side Up and they renamed it but don't quote me on that. It was right before she went to channel 59 and started doing Peggy's 59er Diner. Damn I'm old but it's still all good.

  • I thought it was, "Popeye and Peggy"

The Janie show was on in the mornings; right after Cowboy Bob's Corral :)

My favorite WTTV character was Sammy Terry, though.

  • what happened to popeye and peggy??

  • I was on the popeye and janie show back in early 1978. My friend won a Pete's Dragon soundtrack album.

  • They should have the re-runs of these shows back on tv in full swing. These were the good tv shows that was kid friendly of all ages.

  • @redwing46901 sadly not too many tapes of these old show are around because the studios back then would reuse tape.

  • I watched Janie faithfully!! :-)

  • Thanks for the memories Janie, you made a lot of kids really happy. I remember your promoting the backyard carnivals too. Congratulations on a successful career.
