The Endangered Species Act was one of the best things to happen because just like humans, animals need laws to protect them. I also believed it should be on a federal law.
@Eceoes You missed the point of the video: ZERO species have been saved as a result of any of the regulations from the Endangered Species Act. If the feds are doing such a wonderful job of protecting animals, I would like you to explain why the USDA is killing wild horses? Why did they kill those birds during the weird spate of animal die-offs? I encourage you to do a little research and stop believing the hype. Check out Michael Coffman's 'Taking Liberty' for a reasonable approach.
The whole point of your video was to attack the ESA on the argument of States Rights. I don't think State's Rights is a priority it terms of what is ethical. You know back in the 1800s slave holders would defend the institution of slavery by using the State Rights argument, saying that abolitionist are violating the 10th amendment and States rights.
@Eceoes The purpose of the video is to illustrate how destructive the ESA is to property rights (and individual rights) and that it imperils resources like water. The point is that phony conservationism is a power grab. Obviously, you failed to watch 'Taking Liberty' (linked in the description), so your comments about ethical care for wildlife lack a comprehensive understanding. And, if you understood the 10th Amendment, States' Rights, you would know that BOTH sides used it in the Civil War.
Finally, people are talking about agenda 21. When I read about it in the 1970's I couldn't get one person to even care. They thought I was a nut and that 'America' would never agree to that. Not realizing that UNITED STATES,INC. doesn't give a hoot about 'America' and had been a 'Trojan Horse' in the policies of republican democracy and of the united states of America. They are killas and they're out to kill ya. Read agenda 21 and look around, do you see?
