My top tip: do your homework! then do some more!
We did masses of homework before climbing fuji and still struggled to find the correct descending route. Got there right at the start of the season and the monsoon hadn't finished... very very miserable, but still a great experience! Even our best outdoor kit gave up in 6 hours of solid rain on the ascent!
Respect the mountain, and massive respect to anyone who climbs it... well done, guys!
