Problem with this porduct like a lot of Jawbone products is that they are poorly made. Most of their stuff breaks easily. The new UPs are being recalled for breaking quickly and the Jambox USB port breaks very easily. You can go on their forums and see the numerous people who are all having the same issue and Jawbone basically gives them the, "shit out of luck," responce.

The problem is the usb charging jack..

Its extremely weak and mine broke in 4 days.

I brought it back to Best Buy and they wouldnt exchange it.

The sales girl said "its physical damage"

I said "its a defective product"

Discover Card will be handeling the isssue.

@Rodel757 exactly what happened to me. This product is garbage. Beautiful exterior design, awful technical design. Now i have a $200 paperweight. Did Discover take care of you? I don't really know what to do as Jawbone gives the "SOL" response as mentioned above, and offer NO replacement parts to help us out.
