You want to see a ghost car too? I just found out how: Go to the back-o-beyond area. Watch the hill below the horsshoe-shaped rocks on the map. then go behind the rock and then walk ( or fly with rocketman) towards the hill. A ghostcar will roll of the mountain! Try it yourself, no mod, no cheat.
