Not understanding all the haters here... this ain't Keir tryin to out do Gwen. She did a damn good live version of a classic club joint here showing not only her vocal skills but also her knowledge and love of the classics. Appreciate that... And Bootsy is AlWAYS funky, dude. This version is bumping. Musically it sounds like a classic parliament groove. I could hear the Brides Of Funkenstein or Parlet doing this cover. People need to relax. Nobody's coming after you.... shit.

Gwen McCrae is not even the original artist. Afrika Bambaataa and the Jazzy 5 made the original titled Jazzy Sensation. Gwen actually sampled off of their track both produced in 1981. Its on youtube check it out.
