I woulda put in walls and a window a/c but we get some really strong wind here. It's good for at least 6 months because the shade and moisture from the tree make it tolerable for about 90 degrees. Cold beer helps.

No, treehouses are for anyone that likes chillin. I have a deck on my house but I just don't like being around my annoying neighbors when I'm chilling. Im building a shack in the woods. Its nice cause you can do w/e you want and not worry about messing it up (like my friends head out to smoke cigars in their shacks cause the wives don't like the smell). Cheers
