@Xtrasnserie on the airbrush tool on gimp it has a pressure bar that you can adjust, you can also adjust it with the keyboard keys so you don't have to move the mouse over to the bar. Gimp really put in mind that people like to draw with mouses instead of tablets sometimes. (i personally like mouses over tablets)
