Palin didn't answer many questions, instead used talking points and did not answer how McCain would be different than Bush. Biden answered the questions and won the debate on that. At times, Palin disregarded the questions and went on her talking points. Biden made his case for Obama and pointed out McCain's flaws while answering the questions.

Actually Massachusetts has the highest tax revenue per capita (3,738.48). Alaska has a low population with expensive infrastructure to maintain, so getting more tax dollar per capita is a no-brainer. Since Palin's been Gov, earmarks dropped from over 60 requests to 30.
