@Xar0mir hamsters have really poor eyesight. They are probably trying to smell whats going on. Mine does it all the time. I think mine would prefer some place like that to live in, its more peaceful and their covered from all sides.

Are your hamsters litter mates? Hamsters usually don't get along like the two shown. Two females from the same litter may get along or a male & female at times, but two males usually don't. Just clean the cage about once a week with fresh litter, give them hamster food & some fresh veggies like carrots, & always make sure they have water--not in a bowl, but in a hamster water bottle. Make sure the plastic bottles with metal tip are filled to the top or the water will run out & they can die.

The plastic exercise balls are good to let them run around in without getting lost, & to put them in when you clean the cage. Make sure you wash your hands with soap after handling the hamsters, the cage, or any of their things.

These are dwarf Hamsters, Dwarf hamsters usually get along with eachother even if they aren't littermates, as long as they are introduced at a very young age. I have introduced new babies to 1 year old dwarfs and everything was fine also but always be careful just incase. But All Dwarf Hamsters get along with eachother, sometimes the Chinese Breed is tricky because of gender and age differences but they still get along, I have personal experience.

Just feed them hamster food unless you are sure.....I never gave mine banana, but have given them a little lettuce, broc, carrots - some cheese but not too much....don't overfeed them. Google can be very helpful - that's what I did when I first got my hamsters.

Those appear not to be hamsters but lemmings: they are closely related to hamsters, however they are much smaller and have a preset fur hue and tone.

Many people think that those (called bin-cages) are only for those who can't afford a "true" hamster cage.

I've heard from a few hamsters breeders and experienced specialists that they prefer Bin cages or Aquariums over any other kind of cage, including those fancy Habitrail or CritterTrail stuff. Many of those lack proper ventilation and stuff like that.

Don't be so judgemental before knowing the facts.

Hi, I have a hamster and they are not that hard to look after. You do need to get them out everyday and play with them for 10 minutes so they get to know you, also hand taming them is important because if you left it in its cage and didnt get it out it would be like you staying in your house all the time, and that is boring! It is a responsible job but once you get used to it you can have lots of fun with your hamsters! My video has some hamster facts on it and a pic of my hamster.Hope I helped!
