It was a sales pitch for the product. Then in order to be hired you need to first "Buy" the knife set or w/e they want you to sell. Then you are never really hired, in order to make money you need to actually sell products. They say you're hired, but in reality you just bought some knives. YOU ARE NOT REALLY HIRED.

Selling is not hard at all, they have a manual that you can read word for word and sell cutco with. but if you get just a little bit better you can sell a LOT. The top rep at our branch made 11,000 dollars IN HIS POCKET in the month and a half he worked. Though i am in birmingham at the number 4 branch in the nation, Cutco is definitely not a scam.

Actually, the dream, or goal, that I wanted to accomplish the most was to buy a good as car on my own. I bought an escalade with my job, which is actually kind of similar to Vector's with huge differences. I sell apps instead of knives like you plan to do. Selling is not hard at all, they have a manual that you can read word for word and sell cutco with. but if you get just a little bit better you can sell a LOT. The top rep at our branch made 11,000 dollars IN HIS POCKET in the month and a half he worked. Though i am in birmingham at the number 4 branch in the nation, Cutco is definitely not a scam.

They nickle and dime, you actually have to pay them $150 (nowadays) for a set of knifes that you will sweat your ass selling. They pay $16 for appointment, and claim you can have as many as 20 appointments per week, it's an utter bullshit, they don't reconcile your efforts, they only sucker your blood until you completely hesitant to sell for them, then they hire on new shleprocks without self awarness, people who work for them are complete lunatics.

Now I'm really confused. I must be missing something. 16 x 20 = $320 per week which isn't bad for a college student. It sounds like they don't even pay you to sell the knives, just to show them.
