Mmmm looks good! Theres a reason why you wait before you cut into the meat and thats so the meat locks in the juice! when people don't wait and they cut into the meat they get a lot of juice left on the cutting board! FYI

Lighter fluid should only be used to burn leaves and trash...never for food. I got a chimmney for my coals too. Wal-Mart- $10 Great upload once again!
you let the meat rest for 10 to 15 mins, so the juices can re-distributed though-out the meat. That why when you cut it all the juices don't run out of it.
