I sat in traffic for 45 minutes on the BQE only for it to clear up just as we're passing the waterfall exhibit. I guess they're nice looking but for them to cause all this traffic, sending excess gas fumes into the air, its not worth it.

It looks like a sever water leak. I saw it during my subway right from the manhattan bridge and the scaffolding take away from any intrigue the water fall makes. Who designed this? They obviously lack vision. It looks incomplete and do not achieve the effect they advertized
