Both games have their problems. MW3 has so much lag(You get around corners and then die...okay then?) and isn't fresh but when I play BF3, it's boring getting 1 kill every 5 minutes in Conquest(I don't see the fun of people crashing their plane every minute and going 0-10, I'm a land kind of a guy, not air). This is why I'm glad they added TDM to BF3, fast paced like MW3 without a terrible lag and it has originality to it also.
I think MW2 lovers hating Black Ops is what has crushed this series. Black Ops tried to veer away from the norm by adding things like Wager and CoD points to mix it up. You guys hated the different and said the old one was better, therefore MW3 is not much different than MW2. Now you guys hate MW3 because its too much like MW2. Its a terrible cycle that I plead you break with CoD9 and enjoy it

Everything about this game fuckin blows. I love spawning into choopers already shotting in the position I spawn in, I love when my knife morphs through the enemy getting them the kill, I love how my grenades just HURT the enemy when they are standing right infront of it, my weapons fire blanks!

Battlefield 3 is gonna kick MW3's ass in the quality department, hands-down. MW3 will definitely beat Battlefield 3 in sales, but it won't reach Black Ops' level of sales unless they can get the hype train running full-speed for MW3. Kinda sad, really; EA puts out tons of shitty games but in the end they're so much better than Activision. Activision's all about licensed games and running franchises into the ground, EA produced Mirror's Edge, Dead Space and Battlefield. Bad rap, good end results.

@razorx73 CoD is the bare minimum a game needs to be to be considered decent, and their latest efforts have been total garbage. MW was fine, MW2 was great, but Treyarch's games have always been trash and the only aspect of the MW games that's really any good is the campaign modes, the MP sucks. The developers and publisher of Battlefield are trying to win the sales war with sheer quality, advertising campaigns and a silly sense of humor that they're much more adept at than anyone working on MW3.

I think MW3 MP will kinda fail. Imagine you on a huge map, without mobile spawnpoints like Battlefield. All the cars and choppers are gone, so you have to walk a long way from your spawn to the middle of the field wich is where most of the action is, only to get killed after 30 seconds and then you have to walk a long ass way from the spawn again .. I hope this won't be the case, cause then MW3 will be more hated than .... maybe even BO
I think the infinity ward game engine is by far alot better than treyarch's, it's smoother, more responsive, quicker etc etc... what I would like to see in mw3, as well as destructable environments, is interactive online maps - I like the idea's BO is coming out with, with the zipline's, elevator's etc, so that taken further would be interesting.
And it may just be me, but the mw's online maps were much better and varied than treyarch's (waw & BO) - I find the latter's maps more dull and boring
Battlefield 3 will completley own MW3. Large scale maps, destructible envoirements and vehicles are right now well developed for Battlefield. As Call of Duty will try to go head-to-head with a franchise that already has those features for years and after all, it won't give players the fast pace they want. Call of Duty will only give a 12 multiplayer, how will that compete with the 64 multiplayer for PC of BF3?? Call of Duty is meeting his final era as of now, I tell ya.....

Nice video, but I disagree with the engine. MW2's engine is one of the best FPS engines I've used in the 20+ years of gaming. For online, it is very solid and runs smoothly with very little perceivable lag, unlike in BO. The game just needs changes.

with mw3 they should put bullet drops and at least 2 bolt action snipers. also if they put destructive environments they will be BF3 but even if they do i'll like it and if they put like drivable BTR's and armored cars and quads then i would say to myself BF3 and MW3 are really having a big competition

@warhawkgamer921 this is my first Battlefield game & I enjoy it a lot but I would say I'm more of COD fan then Battlefield. Ive put in over 200 hours in MP on the last 4 COD games not including beating all the single player Campaigns on Veteran
in my opinion MW3 isnt a terrible game but it isnt bringing anything new to the table either. the game feels old. it has tons of lag and hit detection problems. if it was working as intended it could be fun but still not ground breaking like COD4 was

Battlefield 3 is gonna kick MW3's ass in the quality department, hands-down. MW3 will definitely beat Battlefield 3 in sales, but it won't reach Black Ops' level of sales unless they can get the hype train running full-speed for MW3. Kinda sad, really; EA puts out tons of shitty games but in the end they're so much better than Activision. Activision's all about licensed games and running franchises into the ground, EA produced Mirror's Edge, Dead Space and Battlefield. Bad rap, good end results.

@FFFan3445 Yeah, i never saw any advertisements on TV for EA games like the ones you just mentioned. I bought Mirrors Edge and Battlefield out of shear curiosity, and they became some of my favorite games.

Lol, mw3 wont have destructible environments, the engine isn't capable of it and plus the developers need to keep a steady 60fps which is impossible with advanced physics.

mw3 is the same game engine and mw2 .. destructible or not its the same engine it wont be great.
BF3 built a BRAND NEW engine FROM SCRATCH ( frostbite 2 ) just for this game. also drive JETS, HELICOPTERS, TANKS and more.. BF3 is going to be EPIC!

@razorx73 no you cant. you can be the support gunner, and its SINGLE PLAYER scripted crap.. BF3 is in MULTIPLAYER , you can jump in any vehicle and be the driver or pilot as well as the support gunner, COD IS A FAIL!
BF3 = tactics, skill , fun , vehicles, bullet physics & destrictability ( separating the men from the boys )
COD = arcade style run and gun kids game. ( my girlfriend beat most people on her first few tries )
I REAALLYYYY cant wait to see COD fanboys faces after playing BF3!

@razorx73 your point? The vehicles you mentioned in multiplayer are short term kill streak rewards, load of crap. Try running up to a heli/jet/tank, getting in and driving it as long as you want, in addition to letting your clan members or anyone join you as secondary gunners while you pilot it. Bf was PC based yes, I don't see what your getting at, bf3 is both so now console players can share the fun. It made me laugh that you actually compared killstreak vehicles to bf2/3 vehicles Haha noob

@razorx73 CoD is the bare minimum a game needs to be to be considered decent, and their latest efforts have been total garbage. MW was fine, MW2 was great, but Treyarch's games have always been trash and the only aspect of the MW games that's really any good is the campaign modes, the MP sucks. The developers and publisher of Battlefield are trying to win the sales war with sheer quality, advertising campaigns and a silly sense of humor that they're much more adept at than anyone working on MW3.

Everyone is tired of cod. People buy random shooters all the time to try and replace it. Bf3 is the only game that might take the title of best firrst person shooter away from cod. Mw3 will sell more then bf3 hands down, cuz of fan boys and little 12 year old quickscoping addicts. But bf3 will have a larger fan base then bf2. And only increase over time. Ea and dice are pushing towards the future of the first person shooter genre. While activision has mw3 coming out, which will feel like cod4

If they fail to nail the spawns on larger maps, the franchise will continue to die.
Im confident they will bring back sniping how it should be, and fix the imbalance of MW2 perks etc. If they have not learned from these mistakes then i will be shocked, and move swiftly to a rival fps... Battlefield.

I think MW3 MP will kinda fail. Imagine you on a huge map, without mobile spawnpoints like Battlefield. All the cars and choppers are gone, so you have to walk a long way from your spawn to the middle of the field wich is where most of the action is, only to get killed after 30 seconds and then you have to walk a long ass way from the spawn again .. I hope this won't be the case, cause then MW3 will be more hated than .... maybe even BO

I think the infinity ward game engine is by far alot better than treyarch's, it's smoother, more responsive, quicker etc etc... what I would like to see in mw3, as well as destructable environments, is interactive online maps - I like the idea's BO is coming out with, with the zipline's, elevator's etc, so that taken further would be interesting.
And it may just be me, but the mw's online maps were much better and varied than treyarch's (waw & BO) - I find the latter's maps more dull and boring

Battlefield 3 will completley own MW3. Large scale maps, destructible envoirements and vehicles are right now well developed for Battlefield. As Call of Duty will try to go head-to-head with a franchise that already has those features for years and after all, it won't give players the fast pace they want. Call of Duty will only give a 12 multiplayer, how will that compete with the 64 multiplayer for PC of BF3?? Call of Duty is meeting his final era as of now, I tell ya.....

Nice video, but I disagree with the engine. MW2's engine is one of the best FPS engines I've used in the 20+ years of gaming. For online, it is very solid and runs smoothly with very little perceivable lag, unlike in BO. The game just needs changes.
