I know loads about cats, cat language can be really complicated for certain breeds, I understand what he's saying: cats tend to say or express two things in combination - it can be 2 question, 1 question and an emotion combination etc , so he's basically asking you if your alright and expressing that he wants you to brush him and spend a good 5 - 10 mins with him.
