in case wou havent read the cut went through muscle a cut like that cant heal by itself with bandages and cleaning it the fibers have to be close to each oter for them to rebuild so stitchng actually was neccesary

I would not suture a deep cut like that ,I have found over the years having gotten many bad cuts that just cleaning it everyday and changing bandages everyday is safer then risk getting a Abscess & ending up in the er! The only time you need to suture up a wound is if you can't stop it bleeding besides why go through pain you don't have to !
