Shiny Ralts Hunting (Poke Radar) Part 3

i really don't understand, i reset whenever i'm not sure about which patch to step in, and yet for THREE TIMES at my 30th attempt (which means that i already chained 29 Ralts) wild Starly appears and i RAGE

i always make sure there are 4 patches, no borders, the further one (of the same type of the one i'm chaining), then why does this happen? i guess the odds are not 100% even if i do everything correctly? but 3 times and the same thing happens, now that's odd.

@Arudap I know I hate it when that happens. Something worse happened to me, I was hunting ralts (a day ago I still haven't found my shiny ralts) and I checked to see if it was safe to do this than I ran into a sparkly patch and a ralts appeared, I was happy I was at chain 40 finally and when I finished killing it my chain was broken I didn't want to throw my ds so I started beating up my dog with his stuffed animal toy. (I do this all the time it doesn't hurt him plus he bites me so this payback

lol i'm chaining ralts while watching this and i havent fumbled up yet, surprising for me. Usually when i do something else while chaining i accidentally break my chain.

No, usually that's not safe to do.

Keep resetting until you get a flashing one 4 spaces away.

You can get them at any chain number.

The higher the chain, the higher the chance.

At 40, the chance stops with increasing. So after 40, you have the most chance of finding a shiny patch.

cool, but can u find more than 1? coz i usually stop after i caught 1 shining. but the other day i caught 2 wurmples! i was shocked lol

Yes, it's possible to catch an infinite number if you keep your chain going or keep resetting.

My First Shinny, was a Light Purple Chansey.

Chansey turn green when they're a shiny...so I don't think that was a shiny

you can go to a patch in a diagonal, just not a patch directly next to another patch.

Good but you've done an error: at chain n 35 for 36 you took a patch in a diagonal!! (Sorry i don't know english so match)

you have to have all the new Pokemon in the blue Pokedex then go to that professor and then professor oak(i don't know how to spell his name ^^)he will be there and he will give you the poke radar ok and he will let you go to the pal park

you can find a ralts on route 203 and 204 using the poke radar

Yes, but it will take much longer to find the shiny.

You get that Pokétch function when you go to Pal Park, it's under Sandgem Town, just follow that route (Need Surf)

you get the last 3 from visiting the poketech company. Talk to the guy on the first floor and he give them too you.
