No you are wrong. She constructed her doll using barbie's head length in proportion to its body length. Barbie is abnormally tall, if she is a real person having a 175cm height, her head would be very small.

I don't think you are aware of the somewhat academic discussions on the social and cultural implications of Barbie in our society (at least for western countries). Yes people can have different aesthetics, but one can not be blind to the standard of beauty imposed by society throughout history. And Barbie is just one example among many that illustrates this issue.
