I see that the clubs max distance coincides with the landing of the blue arc. Does the arc represent the total travel distance? Including air and roll? Or just air?

that shows how far up or down you're aiming, in terms of elevation. so [^18 in] would mean that the point you're aiming at is 18 inches higher in elevation than where your tee is currently.
