parallel existences and alternate timelines have always been some of my favorite parts of science fiction. I guess something appeals to me in seperating the nature of someone from there experience. people, after all, contain amazing computers (brains) and like computers some programming is preinstalled but alot is programmed in our everyday life....
I'm a huge fringe and p.k. dick fan. so this talk piqued my interest.
I like your blog. I found you from a link on the chipsounds forum link.
A good reference to District 9. A very analogous movie to the sort of way we treat people in poverty-stricken areas, particularly people who are in poverty because of government policy. And also of how they are exploited by other entities, as well. Analogies to the drug trades and whatnot appear, which serve to show that what little valuable assets they have are traded for things that hurt them and make them even less capable of escape. It's a cycle that, if left alone, is endless.
I watched this video to take a break from watching season 2 of Fringe, and right when i started playing this I knew you where going to say something about fringe, even the background music reminded me of Fringe.
This is absolutely the worst thing I have ever experienced. Like being stuck in a room for 11.5 minutes with a first year philosophy upstart on MDMA.

Sometimes I get the feeling that all of time is simltaneous. So it is all happening at once, but we choose which reality we want to particpate in.
