you're all wrong! it is not fake! they make a kit that uses infrared leds and to sensors. it's just a frame u install in a monitor and has a usb cord to plug it in. I found one on aliexpress for a 19" monitor for $100! This is the best technology for touchscreen to date. look it up on wikipedia, it's called Optical Imaging Touchscreen.

1.) Touch screens require a flat screen, which a CRT monitor does not have

2.) We never saw his right hand...it was always hidden from view

3.) The mouse moved with his finger...even when his finger wasn't touching the screen...HUGE give-away. On touch screens, IF the mouse still shows on the screen, it doesn't move across the screen unless you drag your finger across the screen.

Even if 1 is incorrect, 2 and 3 are good enough

@matrix86 it is fake but argument number 1 is wrong. there are flat screen crt monitors. they were designed to prevent glare. i did see the pointer moving when he wasnt touching the screen which is a huge giveaway and if you watched his right arm it moved a little bit when he was moving the mouse. argument 2 could be incorrect becuse if the user was using di (diffused illumination) to detect the touches, the sensor (usually an ir camera) has to see through the screen somewhat. it is fake though.

but CRT still doing a good job , and for gaming you can use light gun for shooting games , which lcd monitor can't do

this is not fake. the mouse moves because the cam is picking up his movement somewhat regardless whether he touches the screen or not since it is not sensitive in any way to touch. the cam is most likely looking at negative space and when it sees a differential block it moves the mouse cursor. anyhow its neat
