I have contacted both BBR (Big Break Records) and Funkytown Grooves (both in UK) about releasing this on CD. BBR as already released 3 CD titles and Funkytown Grooves is releasing "Music Box" in May, 2011, all with bonus cuts of the single and 12" versions! Haven't heard any news yet. Time will tell.

I'm a huge Evelyn fan..played her stuff to death (NYC club DJ 80's) but I gotta be honest, this is not the Evelyn I love. Wrong song for her, not in her vocal register even. Very neat to hear, and thanks for posting it, but I'm In Love this isn't. B)

Why was "Sweet Delight" pulled? Call On Me wasn't a big seller.

I'm not really sure. My guess is with the songs having more of a rock edge and some of the lyrics a little edgier, they decided to play safe and go with more predictable R&B/disco material (not to say I don't really dig "Let's Get Funky Tonight").

my Evelyn "Champagne" King. That's a powerful voice

there. Or at least have it release the next time she

having another greatest hits. I will be glad to buy it.
