I just did this head stand and its very important that you get into the right squat position before balancing your knees on your elbows. If you don't get into a squat position it makes everything a lot harder. *note if you want to gain core strength try doing this without the squat position.

Sam is such a great teacher for all the exercises he showed, planche, lever, headstand ect.. Really helpful probably the simplest and easiest to learn on Youtube. Thank's for the help Sam and Arash.
Whether you would like to do it in a small amount of time or over a long period of time where you have confidence is all up to you. Everything comes down to how much you train on your basic head and handstand position, and build your core strength and balance.

To be honest, your going wrong into headstand.
Correctly done: get your hips as high as possible before taking your feet off the ground. Also feet should be straight while taking off.
