If thats true I have been told false information. Well Vatanens drive to top was fast as that peugeot could go. He only had 650hp, 405 could make 900hp but handling was somewhat worse on that kinda power.

Downforce obviously. Because the race is so high, it needs a large spoiler as the elevation increases to still have enough downforce. I think.

They paved the road, bad decision. Rod Millen shattered the record 12 years ago at 10:04 on less pavement. Tajima was like 3 seconds faster in 12 miles with more pavement (and more power under the hood) than Millen.

Wow,dickhead,I can't believe you are comparing Le Mans to Pikes Peak Challenge. Have you been chosen by Stephen Hawking as his best pupil? Le Mans is tarmac,so the C5R can still race well as a RWD. But Pikes Peak Challenge isn't all about power. You need 4WD to even stand a chance to be in the top five. The difference is clear. Tarmac and dirt is different,just so you know. And 4WD can make a difference between you crossing the finishing line or falling off a cliff in a car to your death.

XL7 is another model, Its from the SUV not from the Hatchback(grand Vitara). They're too diffrent models Escudo and XL7. XL7 is longer more low to the ground. Its wider wheelbase and im not sure about engine spec's. You can easily tell by the Headlights.

No your actually wrong and yes hollblz he did set a world record for the 2007 PPIHC with a 10:01...The weather was clear all day blyndrotor...Nohubiro was finished for about 30 minutes and then the cars started driving back down and when they were coming down it started having some weather there...I should know cause i was at Devils Playground last year...Weather went from awesome for the whole race then 20 minutes after Mike Ryan finished the weather turned to shit instantly
