Freestyle soccer is the best way to train youre full body coórdination and it's fun to do :).. i can't do all crazy tricks but just keeping it in the air is great enough for me :P

soccer is alsow a great way to train on youre condition.

Conclusion : if shaolin monks/ninja's practiced freestyle soccer.. u would definetly have a shaolin monk who plays freestyle soccer.
